This Privacy Policy explains how Payani Media LLC ("BeFound," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use BeFound AI (the "Service").

• Account information: name, email, and login credentials.
• Billing information: processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Site and content data: the website URLs you connect, page content we analyze, audit results, generated drafts and images, and publishing activity.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and how you interact with the Service.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including audits, scoring, content generation, and publishing.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and updates.
• To monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

3. AI processing and service providers (subprocessors)

To deliver the Service we share data with providers acting on our behalf, including model providers that generate text and images, our hosting, database, and email providers, and our payment processor. Content and prompts may be sent to these providers to produce audits, scores, and content. We share only what is needed to provide the Service, and we do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention requirements.
